Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 1/2 c. instant rice, uncooked
    1 c. orange juice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in 2 tablespoons of shortening.
    Place rice in a long, 7 1/2 x 12-inch casserole dish.
    Pour orange juice over rice and arrange your pork chops on top of rice.
    Stir soup and pour it on top.
    Cover and cook 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover and cook an additional 10 minutes.
