Picadilly Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 baked pie shell, cooled
1 pt. fresh strawberries
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O
2 Tbsp. red food coloring

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add water and food coloring.
Boil over medium heat.
Place strawberries in baked, cooled crust.
Pour hot mixture over strawberries.
Let cool.
Top with whipped cream. Garnish with strawberries.
