Seasoned Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9 oz.) pkg. Green Giant harvest fresh frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. margarine or butter, softened
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Place on 2 ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes, or until set.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
    Yields 8 dozen.
