Sour Cream Softies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. oleo (1 stick)
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) sour cream (1 c.)
cinnamon/sugar

Preparation

Sift flour, salt, baking powder and soda. Cream oleo with sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture alternately with sour cream, beating well after each addition. Drop by large teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar. Bake about 12 minutes at 325\u00b0.
