Corn Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 (8 3/4-inch) pork chops
4 tsp. shortening
prepared mustard
1 can creamed corn
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. pimento
1 can whole kernel corn
1 c. soft bread crumbs
green pepper
1 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown pork chops in shortening.
Spread lightly with prepared mustard.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Arrange chops, standing up, surrounded by stuffing.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
