Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 chicken breasts, boiled and boned
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. sherry
salt and pepper to taste
35 to 40 Ritz crackers, crumbled
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

In two 2-quart or one large baking dish, put layer of coarsely chopped chicken.
Mix soup, sour cream and sherry and season to taste.
Pour over chicken.
Top with cracker crumbs mixed with poppy seed.
Pour melted butter over crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
