Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 tsp. mustard (prepared)
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 large potatoes, unpeeled
Preparation
    Combine butter, catsup, mustard, paprika and salt; mix well. Cut potatoes into quarters lengthwise; slash each wedge crosswise at 1/4-inch intervals, but do not cut through skin.
    Place potatoes, skin side down, on baking sheet.
    Brush with 1/3 of butter mixture.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender, basting with butter mixture.
