Sixty-Minute Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 4 1/2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
    Combine milk, water and margarine in saucepan.
    Heat to 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
    Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
    Add 1/2 cup flour; beat at high speed 2 minutes.
    Stir in enough additional flour to make soft dough.
    Turn out onto lightly floured board. Knead until smooth, about 5 minutes.
    Place in greased bowl, turning to grease top.
    Cover; place bowl in pan of water (98\u00b0).
    Let rise 15 minutes.
    Shape; cover and let rise 15 minutes.
    Bake at 425 \u00b0 approximately 15 minutes.
    Brush with butter while hot.
    Makes 2 dozen.
