Mandarin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. sweet butter
3/4 c. raisins
3 eggs
4 tsp. baking powder
juice of 2 mandarins
1 Tbsp. mandarin peels
Preparation

Mix melted butter with sugar, eggs, juice of mandarin and then add the remaining ingredients.
Put in cake pan (size variable) and place in oven for 40 to 45 minutes (medium temperature).
When done, add powdered sugar on top.
