Frogmore Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 quartered onions
    2 large peppers, in chunks
    3 celery ribs, in chunks
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. shrimp and crab boil
    1 1/2 lb. sausage, cut in chunks
    12 small red potatoes
    6 ears corn-on-the-cob, broken in halves
    3 lb. raw, unpeeled shrimp
    a few pieces chopped, cooked bacon
Preparation
    Put the first 5 ingredients in a large pot.
    Cover with water; boil for about 10 minutes.
    Add the sausage and red potatoes; boil for about 10 minutes.
    Add the corn and boil 5 to 7 minutes.
    Add shrimp and bacon; boil about 5 minutes (until shrimp are done). When done, drain water and serve in a large bowl.
