Bibingka "Rice Flour Cake" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mochico (rice flour that can be bought in Asian food stores)
    1 1/2 c. fresh milk
    4 eggs
    1 c. coconut
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 sticks margarine, melted
Preparation
    About the coconut:
    I use 1 small can of Durkee coconut, but you can use freshly grated coconut.
