Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 1/2 oz.) can ready-to-serve chicken broth
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
4 c. cooked chopped chicken
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine chicken broth and vegetables in a large saucepan; bring to a boil.
Cover; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until tender.
Stir in chicken soup, chicken and pepper.
Spoon into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; set aside.
Combine flour, milk and butter; pour over chicken mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until golden brown.
Yield: 8 servings.
