Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. cream
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Melt 1 tablespoon butter in skillet; saute onion in hot fat until golden brown.
    Soak crumbs in water and cream; add meats, egg, onion and seasonings.
    Mix thoroughly until smooth.
    Shape into very small balls.
