Curried Crab Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 1/2 oz. can crab meat
10 1/2 oz. can pepper pot soup
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 2/3 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Add the chicken broth to the pepper pot soup and evaporated milk.
Season with curry and salt.
Heat but do not boil.
Just before serving, stir in the crab meat which has been picked over. Reheat to the steam stage.
