Mocha Logs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 1/4 c. 10x sugar
    3/4 tsp. instant coffee
    1 3/4 c. quick Quaker oats (uncooked)
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
    Beat in sugar and coffee. Stir in oats and nuts.
    Shape small pieces into logs about 2 inches long and 1/2 inch wide.
    Roll lightly in confectioners sugar and then in chocolate sprinkles.
    Refrigerate.
    Makes 2 dozen cookies.
