Strawberry Freeze Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 graham cracker crust
1 to 2 pt. fresh strawberries
12 oz. Cool Whip (low-fat)
1 pkg. vanilla pudding (instant)
2 c. 2% low-fat milk
20 plus vanilla cream cookies
Preparation

Dice approximately 1 pint of strawberries.
Crush cookies and sift through strainer.
Re-crush leftovers and sift until all cookies sift.
Mix pudding and Cool Whip; add diced strawberries. Mix well.
Pour mix into pie crust.
Spoon cookie crumbs over top and even out with fork.
Garnish with remaining strawberries and freeze.
