Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 c. water
    1 pkg. dried onion soup
    margarine or butter
    chicken (breasts, thighs, legs or wings, whatever part you like)
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, spread rice and top with chicken. Sprinkle complete package of onion soup over top and add water. Put pats of butter on top.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour (or until chicken is done).
