Mother'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. white sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. butter
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation
-
Add oil, white sugar and eggs together.
Add remaining ingredients except carrots.
Mix well and add 3 cups grated carrots.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Makes 3 layers or 1 loaf.
