Microwave Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. bacon, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1/4 c. celery
    2 cans (1 lb. each) baked beans
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. dark molasses
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Place cut up bacon in a 2-quart casserole.
    Microwave on High 4 to 5 minutes or until crispy.
    Remove bacon and set aside.
    Add onion, green pepper and celery to bacon drippings. Micro on High for 5 to 6 minutes or until tender.
    Drain off grease.
    Add bacon and remaining ingredients.
    Cover with a tight lid or plastic wrap.
    Micro on High for 5 to 6 minutes until bubbly. Stir and then micro on Medium for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
