Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 half chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans Italian style stewed tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Bake chicken at 425\u00b0, covered, for 15 minutes.
    Drain. Combine tomatoes, cornstarch, oregano and pepper sauce.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened.
    Pour over chicken. Top with cheese.
    Bake for 5 minutes, uncovered.
