Peperoni Alle Acciughe(Pepper With Anchovies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 anchovy fillets, preserved in salt
    3 bell peppers (capsicums), a combinateion of yellow and red
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh oregano
    1 garlic clove, very thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. capers, drained and finely chopped
    salt
    1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
    Wash anchovy fillets under running water for several minutes to rid them of their salt.
    Bone them and cut into small pieces. Wash, dry and halve the peppers; remove ribs and seeds.
    Bake in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Remove from oven and let cool.
    Cut into strips.
    Place peppers on a serving dish and sprinkle with oregano, garlic, capers and anchovies.
    Season with salt to taste.
    Drizzle with oil.
