Buck Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. leftover venison roast
    1/2 c. sweet pickles, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Place meat in food processor.
    Grind.
    Add pickles.
    Grind again, add salt, pepper, mayonnaise and mustard.
    Mix.
    Spread on toasted bread for sandwich.
    Serves 4.
