Cream Of Mushroom Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 egg
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Mix hamburger, egg, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and onion in a large bowl.
    Once mixed, add 1/2 can mushroom soup.
    Mix together well.
    Put in loaf pan and cook for 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Drain excess fat from pan.
    Layer top of meat loaf with mashed potatoes. Put back in oven for 10 minutes. Take 1/2 can mushroom soup and 1/4 cup milk and put in microwave for 1 minute. Put meat loaf and potatoes on plate.
    Put cream of mushroom sauce over it.
    Add your choice of veggies.
