Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 egg
    2 c. broth
    2 c. plain flour
    1 can cream of chicken soup (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Stew chicken until done, drain off broth in pan that you will be cooking dumplings in. Debone chicken and set aside. Mix 1 egg into 2 c. broth, mix in plain flour until a stiff dough. Roll out on dough board very thin, cut in strips, drop in very hot broth, cook until done. Add the deboned chicken. The secret is stiff dough.
