Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 to 4 Tbsp. chopped pepper
    shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours in a covered 1 1/2-quart dish.
    Just before serving, add Cheddar cheese and melt in oven.
    Then serve.
