Simple Beef Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 very thin sliced pork chops, deboned
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/8 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Place butter and soy sauce in frying pan and bring to a boil. Place slices in pan and cook until brown on both sides and in center.
    Keep adding soy sauce until the meat soaks it up.
    Place take into consideration that meat shrinks up a little.
    Serve hot, warm or cold.
    Makes only 1 serving.
