Batter Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 2/3 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add sugar, salt, shortening, egg and 1 cup flour; mix well.
    Add remaining flour.
    Beat until smooth. Spoon in greased muffin tins.
    Let rise 30 to 40 minutes. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
