Creamed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Irish potatoes
    butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    milk
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cut into dice, cold, Irish potatoes; have them not too well done.
    Put in a skillet a large lump of butter, a tablespoon of flour; let them cream together, not fry, then gently stir in milk; when it is hot, but in potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Shake the pan so they will not brown.
    Keep covered.
    When the potatoes are heated through, dish up.
