Bob Hall'S Irish Rebel Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 (12 oz.) bottle Guinness stout
    1 egg (optional)
    4 oz. margarine or butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except margarine.
    Melt margarine and pour half in bottom of greased bread pan.
    Add dough and pour remaining margarine over the top.
    Bake in pre-heated oven at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    (Serve with Irish Stew).
