Sausage And Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked sausage (turkey, beef or pork)
    1 large cabbage, chopped in large pieces
    1 large onion, chopped
    5 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into large slices
    1 stick melted oleo
Preparation
    Mix together in large casserole dish.
    Season with Cavender's Greek seasoning (you can't put too much).
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
