Tiny Raisin-Apple Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine, softened
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. grated raw apple
    1 c. chopped raisins
Preparation
    Cream together the butter, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
    Beat in milk and lemon juice. Sift dry ingredients together.
    Stir into creamed mixture just until moistened.
    Stir in raw apple and raisins.
    Spoon batter into 3 greased 6 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
