Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
oleo
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. chili sauce or catsup
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. cream or 1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Brown pork chops on both sides in a small amount of oleo. Place pork chops in casserole dish.
Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well, and
pour over top of pork chops.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until pork chops are done.
