Vegetable Pizza With Oat Bran Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oat bran, uncooked
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. skim milk
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. oat bran
    1 can low-sodium tomato sauce
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 medium green, red and yellow peppers, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/4 c. shredded skim Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves or Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Combine oat bran, flour and baking powder.
    Add milk and oil; mix well.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Lightly spray 12-inch round pizza pan.
    Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of oat bran.
    With lightly oiled fingers, pat dough out evenly.
    Shape edge to form rim.
    Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
    Spread sauce over partially baked crust.
    Top with vegetables.
    Sprinkle with cheese and oregano.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes more.
