Fettucine Alfredo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fettucini noodles
6 oz. butter, softened
1 egg yolk
6 Tbsp. heavy cream
3/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation

Boil noodles in salted water.
Meanwhile, beat butter until fluffy.
Beat in egg yolk and cream.
When well blended, beat in cheese, salt and plenty of black pepper.
Drain noodles well; toss with sauce.
Serve immediately with a sprinkling of more cheese on top.
