Seasoned Pan-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium red potatoes, scrubbed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine, cut in 1-inch pieces
    2 to 3 slices bacon, sliced in 1-inch pieces
    1 c. water
    Season-All
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice potatoes into 1/4-inch slices.
    Layer in baking pan. Cover with onion. Add margarine slices and bacon pieces.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover with Season-All. Cover with water and put foil over pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    When potatoes are done, uncover and turn oven up to 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes to brown potatoes.
