Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream margarine; add sugar beating well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture.
    Alternate with pineapple, mixing well.
    Add vanilla.
    Put mixture into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes to 1 hour.
    Cool loaf 10 minutes in pan.
    Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
