Bird'S Nest - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 oz.) container Wispride Cheddar cheese, softened
    1/4 c. beer
    dash of garlic salt
    1 (2 lb.) loaf round rye or pumpernickel bread
Preparation
    Mix cheese, beer and garlic salt in bowl with beater until creamy.
    Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
    Scoop out center of round loaf and break bread into small dip-sized pieces.
    Arrange on serving dish around loaf.
    Spoon cheese mixture into center of loaf.
    Use bread pieces to dip cheese.
    Great for an extra at parties or as a snack.
