Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chopped meat
    2/3 c. rice, cooked
    4 large peppers
    2 large onions
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
Preparation
    Saute peppers and onions in 1 tablespoon of oil.
    Add chopped meat and brown.
    Mix rice and tomatoes.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Put in baking dish; sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
