Greek-Style Shrimp With Rigatoni - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 c. peeled, cubed tomatoes (fresh or canned, about 1 lb.)
1/2 c. dry white wine
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. finely chopped fresh basil
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 1/2 lb. medium-sized fresh shrimp
1/8 tsp. hot red pepper flakes
3/4 lb. rigatoni or ziti
1/2 lb. fresh Feta cheese, crumbled
Preparation

Heat 3 tablespoons olive oil in skillet.
Add garlic and cook briefly, stirring.
Add tomatoes and cook 1 minute.
Add wine, salt, pepper, basil and oregano.
Cook over low heat about 10 minutes.
