Chicken Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. (about 1/2 lb.) bite size pieces cooked chicken or turkey
7 c. water
7 chicken-flavor bouillon cubes or 7 tsp. chicken-flavor bouillon
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. ground sage
1 c. uncooked wagon wheel or other small pasta
2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
Preparation

In large saucepan, combine the turkey, water, bouillon, onion, celery, salt, pepper, sage and vegetables. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes. Stir in pasta. Cook, uncovered, 10 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally so pasta does not stick to bottom of pan. Makes about 10 cups.
