No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    4 to 5 carrots
    3 to 4 onions
    5 to 6 potatoes
    5 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can beef consomme
    celery
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Cut up vegetables and meat; put in a large, greased casserole dish with cover.
    Mix tomatoes, soup, tapioca, salt, pepper and garlic.
    Mix with meat and vegetables.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    No peeking!!
