Eggplant In Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 unpeeled eggplants
olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1/2 pepper, chopped (green)
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato sauce
2 diced tomatoes
3 diced and fried potatoes (optional)
Preparation

Slice eggplants.
Wash slices and sprinkle with salt.
Let sit aside.
Later, squeeze water out of eggplant and brown lightly in olive oil.
Set aside.
