Shrimp Risotto(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Tbsp. butter (divided use)
    2 c. rice
    6 c. chicken broth
    1 small bay leaf
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter.
    Stir in rice to coat.
    Add broth and bay leaf.
    Cook rice.
    Separately melt 2 tablespoons of butter; saute shrimp and garlic.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add shrimp mixture to cooked rice.
    Add remainder of ingredients. Stir and serve.
