Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1/2 c. Puritan oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Oil bottom of 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Place egg whites in large bowl.
    Beat with spoon until slightly frothy.
    Add vanilla and Puritan oil.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Stir in sugar and cocoa.
    Mix well.
    Stir in flour and salt until blended.
    Pour in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 22 to 26 minutes.
    Avoid overbaking.
    Cool completely before cutting.
    Makes 1 1/2 dozen brownies.
