Hamburger Casserole(Crock-Pot Meal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large sized potatoes, sliced
    2 to 3 medium carrots, sliced (can use drained, canned)
    1 (No. 2) can peas, well drained
    3 medium onions, sliced
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, browned and drained
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
    1 (10 oz.) can water
Preparation
    Place layers of the vegetables in the order given in crock-pot. Season each layer with salt and pepper.
    Put the lightly browned ground beef on top of the celery.
    Mix the tomato soup with the water and pour into crock-pot.
    Cover and set to low for 6 to 8 hours.

    2 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.)
