Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can apricot halves, drained
1/2 to 3/4 c. light brown sugar
15 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 c. margarine
Preparation

Grease a 1-quart casserole dish with margarine.
Place apricot halves, cut sides up, in bottom of casserole.
Generously sprinkle brown sugar over apricots.
Sprinkle crushed crackers over brown sugar.
Dot with margarine.
Bake in a preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
