Pineapple Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (No. 202) cans pineapple chunks, drain and reserve juice
6 Tbsp. flour
Ritz crackers
2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 stick margarine, melted
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix pineapple and cheese.
Mix sugar and flour and add to pineapple.
Place in casserole dish and cover with crushed Ritz crackers.
Pour margarine over Ritz crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
If too dry, use 6 tablespoons pineapple juice.
