Heavenly Fruit Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in heavy saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and thickened.
Cool completely.
Fold in whipped cream.
Serve with fresh fruit.
(I sometimes omit the whipping cream.)
Yields 2 cups.
