Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large baking potatoes
3 Tbsp. skim milk
1/4 c. diet cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped green onions or chives
Preparation

Bake the potatoes; cut in half and scoop out.
Mash centers with the remaining ingredients.
Pile filling into potato shells. Heat for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Serves 4.
