Fruited Yam Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (17 oz.) cans yams, drained
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. pancake syrup
    1/3 c. milk or light cream
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    dash of mace
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped mixed dried fruit
Preparation
    Beat yams in bowl until fluffy.
    Blend in remaining ingredients.
    Spoon mixture into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 until browned (about 45 minutes).
    Or microwave at High power for 6 minutes.
    Turn and microwave 6 more minutes.
